Sport Memory Center (CEMESP) of the State University of Montes Claros (Unimontes)
The Sport Memory Center of the State University of Montes Claros (CEMESP/Unimontes) was implemented with the objective of reconstituting, conserving and spreading a memory of sport, Physical Education, leisure and dance in the North region of Minas Gerais. Thus, the project presents, as its scope, the promotion of the development of digital archives in sport, Physical Education, leisure and dance, which encourage the registration, documentation, critical reflection and dissemination of works and events in these areas. In addition to reaching specialists, it is aimed at the general public, making its collection available in digital/virtual support. In this way, it seeks to cover digital archiving methodologies and procedures and the strategies for making its contents available and propagating.
